While I shopped hubby and my older daughter participated in the "town court" which was held in the town square. I bought a black cowboy hat - mostly because I wanted it, but also to stay warm as it was COLD! My 14 year old daughter liked trying on all the hats and she too bought a cowgirl hat! The shops were open and of course, I had to check them out. Many of the features in "town" were closed and there were nearly no other visitors. We paid $20.00 for the car load as entrance fee - which gave us a $10.00 coupon for the restaurant. ![]() unfortunately for us, the time of year we visited, truly was a ghost town. Bonnie Springs Old Nevada sounds and looks like an old "Wild West Ghost Town".
